This renovation was huge. The most detailed 3 level house on a steep slopping block made access incredibly difficult.
All walls on the lower ground ground and top floor were direct stick to very old and uneven brick and stone work. All ceilings on lower ground and ground floor were suspended with amazing fancy bulkheads with the ever unforgiving led strip lights. Level 5 was given to all these ceilings to create that smooth seamless finish.
We had to work in with the builders a lot on these bulkheads with them meeting into v-grove finishes and fancy curtain rails. All windows were square set revels.
A lot of level 5 happened on this beauty in the southern suburbs of Sydney. The glancing light was a real issue after the struggle to access the site but the boys handed over a perfect job as usual.
